Features

Plastic enclosure with DIN rail mounting, available in two widths 4M (72mm) and 6M (107mm), depth of 90mm and total height of 120mm when used with MODULBOX COMPACT or 150mm when used with MODULBOX XTS.

It is designed to increase PCB capacity using MODULBOX XTS COMPACT series enclosures, but is also compatible with the entire MODULBOX XTS series if a transparent or removable front panel is also required.

The MODULBOX SPACER XTS therefore consists of an enclosure kit that can be either the MODULBOX COMPACT XTS or the MODULBOX XTS together with the respective SPACER and both must be ordered.

Inside the SPACER XTS there are numerous PCB rails with 1.6 mm and 1 mm thickness.

Below is a drawing with some PCB mounting combinations.

They can be used with all MODULBOX XTS COMPACT and XTS models and relative accessories:

- Type A: with terminal output from both sides;

-Type B: with terminal output from one side only;

- Type C: completely closed, to be customised with CNC machining if necessary for terminal output.

Approved terminals and terminal covers for horizontal printed circuit boards (PCB O) are shown on the PCB technical specifications.
Terminal blocks and terminal covers for PCB A are all those available for the MODULBOX XTS COMPACT series.

The standard version of the SPACER XTS will be fully closed on all 4 sides, but can easily be customised with CNC machining such as ventilation openings, terminal outlet, etc. and with digital printing on all 4 sides.
