fastTRONIC is a production service with fast and guaranteed delivery. You will have the chance to receive our products complete with cnc machining and / or digital printing within the sixth day from the date of the order.

fastTRONIC has been structured on a dedicated organization and will be governed by some simple rules:

• The products concerned, for the moment, are the MODULBOX ONE, XTS and COMPACT series
• The requested products must be available in stock and the daily production space will be quota every day we will be able to manage requests until capacity is exhausted; productive intended (time slot).
• The maximum quantity of pieces processed will not be able to; exceed the total 100pcs , so for example 100pcs of panels or 50pcs of panels + 50pcs of containers both worked
• The remaining non-machined parts can also be included in this service to allow you to complete the kit (for example 100 machined panels + 100 containers +100 terminal covers etc.)
• The processing required with the fastTRONIC service must already be there been supplied or sampled previously, this service is not valid for new customization requests
• Customizations can be all CNC machining and / or digital prints
• The guaranteed delivery foresees the shipment within 5 working days starting from the date of our order confirmation.
• Orders must be sent to fasttronic@italtronic.com , reporting our product codes, processing codes and any unworked codes to complete the kit.
• Shipments will be strictly managed by us and entrusted to the courier DHL, EXPRESS service; the cost of shipping there will be communicated with our order confirmation you will have the chance to monitor the status of the shipment from the moment it will be entrusted to the courier until receipt at your office.
• There are no geographical restrictions for the destinations: national, European and extracee.

The price of the fastTRONIC service is of Euro 76.00 per order regardless of the quantity ordered and / or the number of processed codes requested and will go added to the prices of products and related processing.

For the codes required to complete the kit (unprocessed products) in case of non-compliance with the quantities packaging standards, the conditions already applied will be applied in place.

All other conditions of sale will remain the same as for standard orders.

How to request a sample

If the button is not visible, the product is not available as a sample: choose a similar item available in stock.
Shipping is also free; for foreign customers served by a distributor, the delivery is handled through the distributor with the first available shipment.

What is included

• 1 single enclosure, in‑stock , complete with its available accessories
• You may request up to 3 different versions per product line
• Samples are not available for engineered products developed for specific applications, such as Modulbox Embedded, DomoPi 7, or commercial items such as iTOUCH/iGLASS glass panels, etc.

Italtronic provides a professional graphic customisation and mechanical machining service across its full range of standard enclosures, delivering a finished product that is precise, functional and fully aligned with your project requirements.

How the service works

The process is streamlined and reliable. You simply send us the technical specifications listed in the Finishing Service section of our website and our engineering team manages the entire workflow, from design to validation.

Phase 1: Custom technical drawing

After receiving specifications for drilling, milling, graphics, logos, engravings or screen printing, always specify whether your request is a revision, quoting the Italtronic drawing number, or a new project.

Our engineering department prepares a dedicated technical drawing that accurately represents every required operation. Up to two minor revisions of the first drawing are included without additional charges. To minimise errors, please highlight all requested changes directly on our drawing. From the third revision of a new customisation, an additional tooling cost is charged.

Phase 2: Custom sample for final approval

Once the drawing has been approved, we produce a custom sample for your final validation. At this stage you can verify machining quality, graphic alignment, mechanical precision, aesthetics, system integration and full compliance with the approved drawing.
Mass production begins only after you confirm the sample.

Phase 3: Costs and commercial terms

Analysis, technical drawing, revisions and sample production do not require any upfront payment. Shipping is free for direct customers, while international customers supplied through distributors will receive their sample in the distributor’s next planned shipment.

The entire process is invoiced only with the first production order. A one‑off charge applies for each type of customisation and for mechanical machining the cost depends on the number of processed sides. For production batches after the first mass production, no additional tooling fees are applied unless the drawings are modified.
